Descriere

  • Join a 12-month trainee program to prepare for work as an IT trainer.
  • Learn from experienced colleagues through professional and teaching-method support.
  • Deliver training for IT specialists in system integration, following the IHK framework curriculum.
  • Teach hardware, software, and IT workplace equipment.
  • Teach current Windows and/or Linux server and client operating systems.
  • Teach networking, including topologies, components, interconnection devices, protocols, and OSI layers.
  • Cover virtualization and cloud computing.
  • Automate administration tasks with PowerShell and Bash.
  • Teach IT security topics such as attack methods, firewalls, DMZs, encryption, and VPNs.
  • Teach GDPR-compliant data protection and data security.
  • Build teaching skills through online trainer development courses.
  • Contribute to IT retraining programs and prepare to teach additional subjects.

Cerințe

  • Work reliably and collaboratively.
  • Explain complex subjects clearly.
  • Bring enthusiasm for IT.
  • Have a system integration background, such as an IT specialist qualification, comparable training, further IT education or certifications, a technical degree, or relevant work experience.
  • Have very good German skills at C1 level or higher.
  • Applicants without an IT qualification are welcome.
  • Be motivated to become a trainer.
