Descriere

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries with the help of an AI-powered support tool.
  • Automate routine cases and handle more complex customer issues directly.
  • Manage relationships with fulfillment and third-party logistics partners.
  • Coordinate restocking and keep track of inventory levels.
  • Spot operational bottlenecks and contribute to order forecasting.
  • Organize and document processes and tools, including Shopify, Asana, and digital file storage.
  • Coordinate agenda items and tasks for the management team.
  • Lead projects independently and follow through to completion.

Cerințe

  • At least two years of operations experience at an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer company.
  • Background in customer support and customer communications.
  • Comfort using modern cloud and AI tools, particularly Shopify, Asana, Google Workspace, and AI-powered ticketing systems.
  • Shopify experience is preferred.
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping, inventory management or forecasting, or selling on Amazon is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently in a startup environment without a fixed 9-to-5 schedule.
  • Communicates in a friendly, customer-focused, and solution-oriented way.
