- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries with the help of an AI-powered support tool.
- Automate routine cases and handle more complex customer issues directly.
- Manage relationships with fulfillment and third-party logistics partners.
- Coordinate restocking and keep track of inventory levels.
- Spot operational bottlenecks and contribute to order forecasting.
- Organize and document processes and tools, including Shopify, Asana, and digital file storage.
- Coordinate agenda items and tasks for the management team.
- Lead projects independently and follow through to completion.
Zahteve
- At least two years of operations experience at an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer company.
- Background in customer support and customer communications.
- Comfort using modern cloud and AI tools, particularly Shopify, Asana, Google Workspace, and AI-powered ticketing systems.
- Shopify experience is preferred.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping, inventory management or forecasting, or selling on Amazon is an advantage.
- Able to work independently in a startup environment without a fixed 9-to-5 schedule.
- Communicates in a friendly, customer-focused, and solution-oriented way.
