Descriere

  • Deliver high-quality customer support through all relevant communication channels.
  • Assess customer needs, investigate existing issues, and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Resolve customer confusion and aim for first-contact resolution.
  • Coordinate with service partners and internal teams to close cases in line with service standards.
  • Offer practical feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experience.
  • Follow established procedures to provide services that maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop lasting customer relationships through proactive and attentive engagement.
  • Complete additional management-assigned duties within the employment category while supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Cerințe

  • A diploma or degree-level qualification in any field, including Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional, or Master’s qualifications.
  • Around two years of relevant work experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong time-management abilities and the drive to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use customer-provided information to tailor responses and actions.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette across pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation.
  • Confidence using computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market.
