Customer Service and Technical Support Representative – Tetouan Hybrid

Support Gamma’s Spanish business telecommunications customers with service requests and technical issues. This hybrid Tetouan role handles incidents, configuration questions, and customer enquiries by phone.

Descriere

  • Answer customer calls and provide telephone support to Gamma customers.
  • Resolve customer incidents, configuration problems, and requests in line with established procedures.
  • Use the available tools effectively to complete daily work.
  • Recommend potential product and process improvements to the coordination team.
  • Assist customers and distributors across Spain.
  • Complete a five-day introductory training program during the selection process.

Cerințe

  • Excellent spoken and written Spanish.
  • One to two years of customer service representative experience.
  • Reliable internet access.
  • A dynamic, results-focused approach to work.
  • Problem-solving ability, customer focus, and resourcefulness.
  • Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and composure under pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Basic computer skills and English proficiency are considered advantages during selection.

Beneficii

  • Eight-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. Spanish time; weekends off.
  • Hybrid schedule with three days on-site and two days working from home.
  • Company-funded round-trip transport between Tetouan or Martil and Tetouan Shore.
  • Gross salary of MAD 4,771, plus a MAD 500 net transport allowance and a MAD 220 internet allowance.
  • Total compensation of MAD 5,500 gross, with a quarterly performance bonus of up to MAD 1,000 based on targets.
  • A 6-month contract followed by a 6-month extension, then a permanent contract; one-month probation period.
  • Social coverage through CNSS, AMO, and supplementary private insurance.
  • Company equipment provided if needed.
  • An allowance toward internet access costs.
  • A salary review with the possibility of an increase once established in the role.
  • A loyalty bonus based on length of service.
  • Paid initial training, subject to satisfactory completion and signing and legalization of the employment contract.
