  • Answer customers’ service questions over the phone
  • Respond to a range of inquiries with courtesy and professionalism
  • Route designated inquiries for priority handling
  • Record each customer interaction and its resolution in the tracking system
  • Address customer requests and concerns
  • Assist customers with phone services
  • Help customers add funds to inmate accounts
  • Use multiple computer applications while speaking with customers
  • Work independently and follow assigned schedules with minimal support

Prasības

  • Speak and write fluently in English and Spanish
  • Have at least one year of call center experience
  • Be able to complete the full classroom training program
  • Meet or exceed performance targets
  • Work effectively in a time-sensitive setting
  • Be comfortable with computers and able to fix minor technical problems with little assistance
  • Use high-speed internet through a wired Ethernet connection; Wi-Fi, satellite, and hotspot connections are not accepted
  • Have a wired internet provider; mobile broadband is not accepted
  • Have minimum internet speeds of 25 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download
  • Use an internet provider with packet loss of 1% or less
  • Have internet latency below 100 ms
  • Have a cell phone or tablet running Android 8.0 or newer, or iOS 14 or newer
  • Install the Microsoft Authenticator MFA app required by Qualfon IT
