Remote CX Content Specialist at Roadie

Roadie is hiring a remote CX Content Specialist to create accurate, searchable content and knowledge resources for its logistics and delivery platform. The role supports customer experience teams through Salesforce content, guides, macros, and internal communications.

  • Develop and refine customer experience content that follows Roadie’s voice and style
  • Review internal and external Salesforce materials to verify accuracy and relevance
  • Use user behavior insights to close content gaps alongside the CX Enablement team
  • Turn process maps and workflows into practical guides for CX team members
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing on launches, enhancements, campaigns, and resource updates
  • Secure Legal approval for content intended for external audiences
  • Sort and prioritize content requests according to scope, urgency, and deadlines
  • Deliver assigned work against KPIs established by the Content & Instructional Design Manager
  • Create and maintain macros for the CX team
  • Coordinate internal communications across relevant channels
  • Improve knowledge-base search using Salesforce functionality
  • Report help center performance, content programs, and knowledge-improvement opportunities to CX Enablement leadership

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Technical Writing, or a related discipline
  • At least two years of experience in technical writing or content development
  • Experience working with content management systems and knowledge bases; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to learn technical subject matter quickly and present relevant information in an engaging way
  • Persistent, patient approach to solving problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
  • Ability to create clear, searchable, accessible content for varied audiences
  • Self-directed approach with the ability to work independently
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; this position does not offer visa sponsorship
