Remote Customer Service Associate – Accredo Specialty Pharmacy
Provide remote customer service for Accredo Specialty Pharmacy patients, assisting with medication orders, benefits, billing, and complex healthcare questions. Manage high-volume calls while protecting sensitive information and delivering empathetic support.

- Handle inbound calls in a high-volume contact center
- Assist patients with medication orders, benefit explanations, billing questions, and complex issue resolution
- Use established workflows and remain available for continuous call handling between designated breaks
- De-escalate concerns and deliver empathetic solutions within standard operating procedures
- Protect patient confidentiality and follow applicable healthcare regulations
- Achieve monthly performance targets
- Take part in ongoing training and coaching
- Complete an eight-week virtual training program that includes live call handling and assessments
- Manage back-to-back calls in a highly structured work environment
- Represent Accredo Specialty Pharmacy professionally while assisting patients with complex and critical health conditions

- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- No prior experience is required; at least one year of healthcare customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to perform effectively in a high-volume call center
- Flexibility to handle changing call types, processes, and procedures
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Customer-focused approach and adaptability to different patient perspectives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to navigate multiple systems at once
- Availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. EST and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
- Reliable cable broadband or fiber internet with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- A dedicated, distraction-free workspace is required
- Attendance at all training sessions and scheduled shifts during the first 90 days of employment is required
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer throughout the shift
