  • Provide general administrative assistance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline.
  • Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a comparable support position.
  • Background managing schedules, travel, and confidential documents.
  • Experience supporting senior executives or top management.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and productivity or project management tools such as Trello, Asana, and Slack.
  • Able to anticipate needs, take initiative, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Careful and accurate with scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Eligible to work in the Philippines without sponsorship, now or in the future.
