  • High school diploma, associate degree, or equivalent post-secondary technical education.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in customer service, field service, technical support, equipment maintenance, or a related area.
  • Basic understanding of equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Customer-focused approach and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Clear verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to keep accurate documentation and service records.
