Remote Customer Experience Associate at Natera
Natera is hiring a remote Customer Experience Associate to support patients, clinicians, laboratories, and partners with cfDNA testing inquiries. The full-time role covers test information, results, orders, accounts, technical concerns, and customer follow-up in the United States.

- Support domestic and international customers under the guidance of the Customer Experience Supervisor
- Collect missing patient, physician, clinic, billing, insurance, and testing details for submitted samples
- Provide updates on testing progress and arrange the reissue or resubmission of released results
- Coordinate mobile phlebotomy appointments and requests
- Investigate and route customer technical problems
- Direct clinical questions to Genetic Counseling staff or arrange appropriate follow-up
- Assist Sales with account creation and updates, kit and supply requests, pre-filled requisitions, and order monitoring
- Address complaints and questions about missing or delayed samples, reports, and related issues
- Review information, verify customers, and refer unresolved matters through the proper escalation path
- Maintain customer records and log contacts, resolutions, actions, and follow-up needs
- Stay informed about Natera genetic tests, specimen requirements, processing times, health information, forms, and waivers
- Help coach and onboard new team members
- Safeguard paper and electronic protected health information in accordance with HIPAA procedures
- Complete all required Natera training and keep training status current
Талаптар
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of customer service experience
- Understanding of customer service standards and operating practices
- Ability to assess, escalate, or resolve customer questions within defined procedures
- Background in telephone and written customer support
- Familiarity with administrative processes and protocols
- Working knowledge of numeric, verbal, and written language applications
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, including Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Professional communication with customers
- Multilingual ability is a significant advantage
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, LIMS, Twilio, or another virtual communications platform is preferred
- Experience collecting, organizing, maintaining, and analyzing data is preferred
- Ability to keep Natera training requirements current
- Willingness to follow Natera policies for handling and protecting patient privacy
