Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Erie, PA Hybrid
Provide phone, chat, and email support to members managing HSAs and other healthcare benefit accounts. The role includes three weeks of paid, in-person training in Erie, Pennsylvania before transitioning to remote work.

- Respond to member calls about HSA balances, contributions, transactions, eligible expenses, and card-related questions.
- Assist with FSAs, HRAs, Commuter Benefits, and COBRA accounts.
- Provide support through phone, live chat, and email.
- Conduct follow-up calls and callbacks to address unresolved questions.
- Show members how to use online account tools and self-service resources.
- Record each interaction accurately in company systems.
- Safeguard members’ personal and financial information through strict confidentiality.
- Deliver a courteous, professional experience during every interaction.
