Customer Success Manager, French-Speaking (UK Remote)
Help Busuu’s enterprise customers succeed with AI-powered language learning. Lead onboarding, retention, renewals, account growth, and customer advocacy.

- Build trusted, long-term relationships with Busuu clients
- Help customers maximise their use of Busuu and achieve agreed goals and KPIs
- Create and execute strategies that improve customer experience, gross and net retention, and account growth
- Onboard new customers and develop the capabilities needed to implement Busuu within their organisations
- Partner with business development and product teams to turn customer needs and product requirements into effective solutions
- Generate customer references, case studies, and referrals
- Track trends in the local corporate language market and monitor the competitive landscape
- Use engagement strategies to strengthen customer outcomes and business performance
- Renew and expand customer accounts
Талаптар
- At least three years of experience in customer success, client relationship management, or account management within a technology or SaaS business
- Fluency in French and English
- An entrepreneurial, solutions-focused approach centred on customer needs
- Ability to interpret customer data and present insights clearly
- Strong interest in identifying customer challenges and developing practical solutions
- Previous experience managing enterprise customers in a SaaS environment
- Additional European language skills are a plus
- Experience in the edtech industry is a plus
