  • Deliver high-quality customer support across relevant communication channels
  • Assess customer needs, investigate existing issues, and develop appropriate solutions
  • Resolve customer questions clearly and aim for first-contact resolution
  • Coordinate with service partners and internal teams to close cases within service standards
  • Share actionable feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experience
  • Follow approved procedures to deliver services that support high customer satisfaction
  • Develop lasting customer relationships by providing attentive, proactive support
  • Carry out other duties assigned by management within the scope of the role
  • Help implement, maintain, and continuously improve TDCX’s Quality Management System

Талаптар

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree in any field
  • Around two years of relevant work experience is preferred, while fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong time management skills and the drive to exceed expectations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and tailor responses using information provided by customers
  • Strong communication abilities, including active listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette
  • Comfort with computers and multiple systems, along with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools
  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market
