  • Deliver high-quality customer support across all applicable communication channels.
  • Assess customer needs, investigate existing issues, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Work toward first-contact resolution while coordinating follow-up with service partners and internal teams through case closure.
  • Share actionable feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and the customer experience.
  • Follow established procedures while delivering service that supports high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop lasting customer relationships and strengthen engagement through proactive support.
  • Handle additional duties assigned by management within the employment category and contribute to TDCX’s Quality Management System.

  • A diploma or degree is required, including an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree in any field.
  • Two years of relevant experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Demonstrated time management ability and motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use customer-provided information to tailor responses and actions to individual needs.
  • Strong communication skills, including attentive listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette.
  • Comfort using computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, along with proficiency in the language of the supported market.
