Customer Service Representative (On-Site, Philippines)
Support TDCX customers across communication channels, resolving issues and closing cases to improve customer satisfaction. TDCX is a global business process outsourcing and customer experience solutions provider.

- Support customers through relevant communication channels.
- Identify customer needs, investigate issues, and develop suitable solutions.
- Resolve customer confusion and aim for first-contact resolution.
- Coordinate with service partners and internal teams to close cases in line with service standards.
- Share feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experience.
- Follow established procedures to deliver service that supports customer satisfaction.
- Build lasting customer relationships and provide attentive, proactive support.
- Complete other duties assigned by management within the employment category and support the ongoing implementation, maintenance, and improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

- A diploma, advanced, higher, graduate, bachelor’s, postgraduate, professional, or master’s degree in any field.
- Two years of related experience preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
- Ability to multitask and use customer-provided information to tailor responses and actions to individual needs.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and effective phone etiquette, with clear pacing, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation.
- Comfort using computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills, along with the language of the supported market.
