Customer Service Operations Analyst
Investigate customer enquiries, authorize transactions and improve service processes for NatWest Group. This full-time, onsite role is based in Bengaluru or Gurugram, India.

- Investigate customer enquiries and identify what customers need
- Gather accurate information by working with customers and businesses
- Answer enquiries promptly and meet service targets
- Review and authorize transactions
- Collect and assess information from customers and businesses
- Identify processes that could be automated or improved to enhance customer and business experience
- Build and maintain customer relationships
Талаптар
- At least five years of relevant experience
- Previous quality control experience in customer due diligence (CDD), anti-money laundering (AML) or know your customer (KYC)
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of customers and the industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Awareness of changing trends, policies and regulations
- Understanding of the industry and its customers
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships
