- Lead retention conversations with customers who request cancellation or show signs they may leave
- Explore each customer’s situation and recommend the most appropriate resolution
- Create and carry out save strategies involving offers, renegotiations, and action plans
- Manage complaints and escalations from intake through follow-up, providing clear and timely communication
- Serve as the primary contact during critical cases and support customers until resolution
- Analyze recurring complaints and translate patterns into specific improvement proposals
- Apply AI tools to analyze information, organize work, and improve productivity
- Bring customer feedback and insights to relevant internal teams

- Background in customer retention, ombudsman operations, or B2B customer relationships
- Proven experience negotiating cancellations and recovering at-risk accounts
- Confidence handling dissatisfied customers and challenging conversations
- Experience managing complaints and escalated cases
- Strong organization for handling multiple cases at once
- Experience overseeing a churn or cancellation pipeline
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical ability combined with active listening
- Excellent communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence
- Clear written communication for case records and formal replies
- Ability to influence customers and channel their feedback into the organization
- Experience using AI tools in professional workflows
- Agribusiness experience or familiarity is advantageous
