Events and Ecosystem Manager
Lead Firmable’s US growth through events, partnerships, and pipeline generation. Build the B2B sales intelligence platform’s ecosystem from San Francisco.

- Manage Firmable’s US events calendar from planning through delivery
- Select conferences, roundtables, and community events for Firmable to attend or host
- Oversee event logistics, sponsorships, and on-site execution
- Work with GTM engineering on campaigns before and after events to turn attendance into qualified pipeline
- Track event performance by meetings booked and opportunities created
- Develop and activate partnerships with CRM and RevOps consultants, GTM agencies, sales technology integrators, and other ecosystem organizations
- Create co-hosted events, content, and campaigns with partners
- Grow Firmable’s visibility in the US B2B sales and go-to-market community
- Find speaking opportunities and relevant Slack communities, LinkedIn groups, and industry networks
- Coordinate event and partner work with US-based SDRs and AEs
- Share US buyer behavior, competitor activity, and ecosystem insights with ANZ marketing and product teams
- Serve as Firmable’s first US-based marketing hire
- Help shape Firmable’s launch, positioning, and growth in the US market

- Bring 3–4 years of experience in field marketing, events, partnerships, or ecosystem work at a B2B SaaS company
- Ideally, have exposure to the US market and sales-led growth models
- Demonstrate a record of running pipeline-generating events and delivering commercial results
- Have experience building or managing partnerships with commercial activation
- Bring a strong network in the US B2B SaaS, RevOps, or sales technology sector
- Work comfortably with SDR and AE sales processes and connect activities to pipeline
- Communicate and build relationships effectively
- Bring strong project management and organizational abilities
- Work independently in a remote-first team across time zones
- Use AI tools for prospect research, partner intelligence, content creation, attendee enrichment, and workflow automation
- Existing relationships with US GTM agencies, RevOps consultants, or sales technology ecosystem organizations are highly valued
- Experience hosting dinners, roundtables, or executive briefings is highly valued
- Experience marketing B2B data, sales intelligence, or revenue technology products is highly valued
- Startup or scaleup experience is highly valued
