Senior Talent Partner, Denver (Hybrid)

Lead strategic and hands-on recruitment for The Marketing Practice, covering talent planning, employer brand, onboarding, and full-cycle hiring. Partner with leaders to strengthen hiring systems through data, AI, and automation.

Description

  • Own and refine tmp’s Talent Acquisition strategy around business priorities, the People strategy, and future capability requirements
  • Work with senior leaders to turn business goals into effective hiring plans
  • Apply commercial judgment to role scope, seniority, location, timing, talent availability, and business requirements
  • Advise stakeholders on talent-market conditions, candidate expectations, skill supply, and recruitment trends
  • Manage a portfolio of open positions across functions and seniority levels
  • Run full-cycle recruitment from intake and role definition through sourcing, screening, assessment, interviews, selection, offers, and references
  • Develop candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound applications
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, share market insight, sustain search momentum, and adjust approaches when needed
  • Deliver a responsive, personal, and credible candidate experience
  • Own onboarding as the closing stage of recruitment and improve the onboarding framework continuously
  • Give new hires the context, clarity, and relationships required to succeed
  • Maintain early-tenure check-ins and apply feedback to strengthen onboarding
  • Create proactive pipelines for critical, recurring, and challenging-to-fill roles
  • Develop tmp’s employer value proposition and candidate communications
  • Work with Marketing and People teams to advance the employer brand
  • Build talent communities and relationships beyond specific vacancies
  • Lead focused talent programs, including referrals and internships
  • Improve the applicant tracking system and wider recruitment technology
  • Use AI and automation across sourcing, research, communications, and recruiting workflows
  • Produce reporting on hiring demand, pipeline health, progress, and obstacles
  • Use data and market intelligence to improve recruitment decisions and processes
  • Maintain recruitment governance, records, and compliance

Requirements

  • At least six years of progressive Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience, including responsibility for strategy and delivery across a business, region, or substantial client group
  • Extensive full-cycle recruiting experience, including direct sourcing, assessment, candidate engagement, and closing
  • Proven ability to manage several searches simultaneously across functions and seniority levels
  • Experience creating Talent Acquisition strategy while staying closely involved in recruiting execution
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect talent decisions with business performance
  • Track record of influencing senior leaders and advising on hiring and labor-market decisions
  • Advanced proactive sourcing and talent-mapping skills
  • Experience with recruiting technology, automation, and emerging AI tools
  • Strong command of applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, candidate assessment, and recruiting analytics
  • Ability to turn talent-market data into clear recommendations for the business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, candidate engagement, and stakeholder-management abilities
  • Experience in professional services, agency, consulting, or another fast-paced, talent-dependent organization is preferred
  • Global or multi-market recruiting experience is useful but not required
  • Highly self-directed, with the ability to manage varied searches independently
  • Able to set priorities clearly and explain tradeoffs to leaders
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and creating structure without excessive bureaucracy
  • Calm, resilient, and trusted in a fast-moving environment
