Senior Client Success Account Manager – FIS

Lead client success for strategic fintech accounts at FIS. Guide adoption, value realization, renewals, and growth through close partnership across teams.

Description

  • Serve as the main contact for high-value clients.
  • Coordinate communication and resolve concerns related to products.
  • Keep FIS and client strategies aligned.
  • Coordinate internal teams during client engagements.
  • Build client relationships and stay engaged throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Help clients realize value.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives.
  • Create joint success plans with clients, including milestones and measurable KPIs.
  • Review client health and product usage data.
  • Reduce risk and churn while improving adoption and business outcomes.
  • Advise clients strategically, identify growth opportunities, and share insights with sales teams.
  • Use client feedback to inform product roadmaps.
  • Share customer-informed recommendations for account growth.
  • Connect clients with product management.
  • Work with sales and professional services teams.
  • Contribute to the renewal process.
  • Explain the value of renewal to clients.

Requirements

  • Seven to ten years of experience in client success, client service or support, account management, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Relevant experience in financial technology services.
  • Ability to communicate business value clearly in writing and conversation.
  • Knowledge of financial technology products and industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with Tableau or similar software.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Confidence working with customers across engagement levels and situations.
  • Strong leadership ability.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, renewals, and technical roles.
  • For US-based positions, ability to complete a drug test after a conditional offer.
