Description

  • Create and ship generative AI features with Node.js and TypeScript to improve Front’s product and user experience
  • Develop agentic systems that automate the resolution of customer inquiries
  • Partner with product teams to identify user needs that generative AI can address and expand platform capabilities
  • Lead the investigation and adoption of advanced generative AI methods
  • Help shape model-training and deployment infrastructure for reliable, efficient scaling
  • Use real-world data to support high-quality model training and continuous iteration
  • Measure AI application quality and performance, then drive targeted improvements
  • Stay current with machine learning and AI advances, promote sound engineering practices, and adopt useful new technologies

Requirements

  • At least five years of software development experience, including substantial work on AI and machine learning projects
  • Proven ability to build production software with LLMs and generative AI models, along with knowledge of the technologies behind them
  • Strong background in agentic approaches, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, evaluation methods, and preferably LLM fine-tuning
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technical areas
  • Clear, structured communication and strong reasoning skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability, with comfort working independently and collaboratively
  • Experience developing production-quality web applications
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, database systems, and related technologies
  • Thorough understanding of algorithms, data structures, and core software engineering principles
  • Knowledge of specialized machine learning fields, including deep learning and reinforcement learning
  • Experience applying machine learning in SaaS or multiplayer application environments
