Description

  • Help AI business case analysts identify and develop commercially valuable AI use cases into robust business cases
  • Analyze and improve processes across Sales, Customer Operations, and internal corporate functions
  • Develop automation and process improvement ideas with the teams
  • Evaluate and prioritize the business value of AI solutions
  • Prepare evidence-based decision documents for new projects
  • Help prepare presentations, business cases, KPI models, and management materials for AI initiatives
  • Collaborate with business teams, AI engineers, and executives
  • Help develop and implement AI solutions as part of the new AI Center of Excellence

Requirements

  • Preferably in the first half of a bachelor’s degree (first to third semester) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Digital Business, or a comparable program focused on AI
  • Willing to gain practical experience over several years, take responsibility, and develop professionally and personally
  • Enthusiasm for applying AI in business
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in analyzing relationships, evaluating data, and presenting solutions clearly and systematically
  • Prior knowledge of data analysis, Business Intelligence, Controlling, process management, or KPI management is an advantage but not required
  • Interest in practical work in an innovative environment and helping shape a new AI Center of Excellence
  • Structured approach to work
  • Strong German communication skills at C1 level or higher
  • Able to explain complex topics clearly
