Support SUXXEED’s B2B sales teams with AI business cases, KPI reporting, and process improvements. Work with AI engineers and business teams in Cologne as part of the AI Center of Excellence.
Opis
- Help AI business case analysts identify and develop commercially valuable AI use cases into robust business cases
- Analyze and improve processes across Sales, Customer Operations, and internal corporate functions
- Develop automation and process improvement ideas with the teams
- Evaluate and prioritize the business value of AI solutions
- Prepare evidence-based decision documents for new projects
- Help prepare presentations, business cases, KPI models, and management materials for AI initiatives
- Collaborate with business teams, AI engineers, and executives
- Help develop and implement AI solutions as part of the new AI Center of Excellence
Zahteve
- Preferably in the first half of a bachelor’s degree (first to third semester) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Digital Business, or a comparable program focused on AI
- Willing to gain practical experience over several years, take responsibility, and develop professionally and personally
- Enthusiasm for applying AI in business
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in analyzing relationships, evaluating data, and presenting solutions clearly and systematically
- Prior knowledge of data analysis, Business Intelligence, Controlling, process management, or KPI management is an advantage but not required
- Interest in practical work in an innovative environment and helping shape a new AI Center of Excellence
- Structured approach to work
- Strong German communication skills at C1 level or higher
