Remote MLS Coordinator (Colombia)

SupportNinja’s MLS Coordinator provides remote member assistance and Tier 1 systems support while handling listing, membership, compliance, and data operations from Colombia.

Description

  • Assist members with MLS operations, systems, rules, procedures, and services across phone, chat, email, and other channels.
  • Check listing, membership, office, and account records for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
  • Accurately process membership, office, account, and other assigned transactions.
  • Handle routine MLS compliance cases, including listing violations, correction notices, member concerns, complaints, fines, and follow-up.
  • Review member corrections and supporting materials, escalating matters that are unclear or complex.
  • Maintain MLS data and records as authorized.
  • Investigate questions about members, listings, accounts, compliance, operations, and systems.
  • Provide Tier 1 assistance for assigned MLS and member-facing systems, troubleshoot standard issues, document findings, and escalate unresolved cases.
  • Use established MLS rules, policies, procedures, and business standards to address routine cases.
  • Keep clear, accurate records of interactions, research, actions, communications, and resolutions.
  • Communicate with members, brokers, agents, office administrators, internal teams, vendors, third-party organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Track assigned work queues and service levels, flagging cases that need escalation or follow-up.
  • Spot recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes, documentation, systems, data quality, or member service.
  • Assist with data cleanup, special projects, audits, and quality checks.
  • Stay informed about assigned MLS systems, products, policies, procedures, and departmental resources.
  • Take part in training and cross-training to support team coverage and ongoing improvement.
  • Meet standards for accuracy, timeliness, documentation, following procedures, escalation, and professional member service.
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service or related experience.
  • Strong customer care, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Careful attention to detail, sound organization, and a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to research issues, identify relevant information, and apply established policies, procedures, rules, and business standards appropriately.
  • Basic analytical, investigative, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Sound judgment with routine cases and the ability to recognize when review or escalation is needed.
  • Ability to document interactions, research, decisions, and actions clearly and accurately.
  • Ability to learn and use multiple business systems, technology applications, CRM tools, and departmental resources effectively.
  • Ability to handle competing duties and priorities in a fast-paced service setting.
  • Ability to work independently within established procedures and collaborate effectively with teammates and other departments.
  • Preferred: experience in MLS, real estate, compliance, quality assurance, data review, or related operations.
  • Availability to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
