Remote Medical Inbound Specialist – Philippines

- Handle incoming calls from patients, healthcare customers, and service providers.
- Provide accurate guidance and support on healthcare policies and procedures.
- Resolve patient concerns, address issues, and follow up to support satisfactory outcomes.
- Document customer interactions and transactions thoroughly.
- Follow HIPAA and other applicable healthcare regulations.
- Work with other departments to escalate and resolve complex matters efficiently.
Requirements
- Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or a healthcare-related role.
- Basic knowledge of medical billing, insurance claims, and healthcare terminology.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in data entry.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to handle and safeguard confidential information.
- Willingness to work under a consultancy contract for a minimum of six months.
- Ability to work from home with reliable internet and a backup connection.
