Description

  • Contact customers about overdue accounts
  • Assess customers’ financial circumstances and identify ways to support ongoing loan payments
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls about delinquent payments
  • Negotiate and establish payment arrangements using Enova’s call flow
  • Address customer concerns and complex late-payment cases with professionalism and empathy
  • Explain the consequences of overdue payments and provide financial-resolution assistance
  • Document customer interactions, payment arrangements, and pertinent details accurately in Enova’s database

Requirements

  • Be authorized to work in the United States; Enova cannot provide or assume visa sponsorship
  • Reside in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, or Wyoming
  • Have at least one year of experience in a high-volume debt-collections environment
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls while meeting daily call-volume expectations
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Use active listening and de-escalation techniques effectively
  • Apply strong negotiation skills
  • Balance company policies with empathy for customers
  • Work independently and manage responsibilities effectively in a remote setting
  • Maintain excellent time management and adhere strictly to scheduled hours
  • Stay focused, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks
  • Think quickly and logically to resolve challenging issues under pressure
