Description

  • Conduct quality assurance on technical and support materials, primarily in English and occasionally in Spanish, including manuals, videos, how-to guides, and troubleshooting articles.
  • Check grammar, spelling, factual accuracy, formatting, categorization, device associations, and compliance with quality and style standards.
  • Help ensure published content supports a high-quality customer experience and avoids competitor, retailer, or negative product references.
  • Approve and publish submissions in the content management system, or reject them with specific, actionable feedback.
  • Work with linking agents, technical writers, and QA specialists across international teams.
  • Spot content gaps, uncovered devices, and ways to improve content quality and completeness.
  • Track technology developments, consumer devices, IoT, and emerging subjects relevant to content production.
  • Manage a QA queue independently, including prioritizing backlog work.

Requirements

  • Bilingual or highly proficient in written and spoken Spanish and English.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and content evaluation abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with an analytical approach.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and the ability to learn unfamiliar devices, tools, and concepts quickly.
  • Capacity to work independently in a fully remote setting.
  • Clear communication skills for giving feedback and working with distributed colleagues.
  • Background in content QA, technical writing, technical translation, copywriting, or technical support is preferred.
  • Familiarity with content management systems or structured content processes is preferred.
  • Experience with device troubleshooting, technical support, or knowledge-base and content development is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered instead.
