Mid-Level CRM Analyst – São Paulo (Hybrid)

CRM Analyst at Koin driving customer activation, repeat purchases, and retention for a payments and BNPL fintech. Develops data-led, multichannel campaigns for customers across Latin America.

Description

  • Plan and deliver communications through Push, Email, WhatsApp, and In-App channels.
  • Evaluate each channel’s role in the conversion funnel and optimize channel allocation.
  • Analyze customer behavior across multiple purchasing channels.
  • Detect consumption patterns, engagement levels, contact preferences, and optimal messaging windows.
  • Create audiences using behavioral and product-usage data.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms with consistent quality, cadence, and execution.
  • Monitor channel KPIs such as CTR, CVR, open rate, and conversion rate.
  • Find opportunities to improve performance and expand successful initiatives.
  • Partner with Growth, Product, and Branding teams to connect CRM communications with marketing priorities.
  • Help maintain the seasonal calendar and deliver announcements, special-date campaigns, and partner initiatives.

Requirements

  • Advanced coursework in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least two years of demonstrated CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses.
  • Practical experience using marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, or comparable tools.
  • Ability to segment audiences using behavioral insights.
  • Strong understanding of channel-specific CRM metrics, including CTR, CVR, open rate, and conversion rate.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data consolidation and analysis.
  • Experience conducting A/B tests and working with control groups is preferred.
  • SQL knowledge for querying data is preferred.
  • Experience in BNPL or fintech is preferred.
  • Spanish proficiency for collaboration with Latin American teams is preferred.
