Junior Telecom Support Analyst – São Paulo Hybrid
ABT Atividades is hiring a junior telecom support analyst in São Paulo for hybrid work. The role focuses on VoIP, SIP, SBC troubleshooting, incident analysis, reporting, and client support.
Description
- Review call flows, routing, and voice signaling to locate failures and unexpected behavior
- Troubleshoot calls involving missing audio, signaling problems, and SIP errors including 500 responses
- Investigate incidents and determine probable root causes using call-flow data, signaling, CDRs, and other available evidence
- Assess call flows to differentiate carrier-related issues from SBC or internal-environment problems
- Produce volume reports and other data needed for incident monitoring and investigation
- Help configure tailored reports in the SaaS environment to meet client and operational requirements
- Guide clients through testing and troubleshooting sessions, including the procedures they need to follow
Requirements
- Working knowledge of VoIP and the SIP protocol
- Understanding of networks and connectivity
- Clear communication skills for working with clients and technical teams
- Technical English proficiency for reading and interpreting documentation
- Basic Spanish proficiency
- Oracle SBC experience is an advantage
