Description

  • Lead the Hyperion application support team and oversee its day-to-day operations
  • Maintain 24/7 availability, resolve incidents, deliver services, and improve Oracle Hyperion environments
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for critical production issues
  • Coordinate with business, infrastructure, vendor, Oracle Support, and stakeholder teams to uphold SLAs
  • Manage a 24/7 Hyperion support function across shifts and geographic locations
  • Oversee incident, service request, problem management, and change activities
  • Troubleshoot Hyperion Planning, HFM, Essbase, Financial Reporting, and other EPM issues
  • Monitor application health, system performance, and batch processing
  • Improve SLA adherence through root cause analysis and preventive measures
  • Plan resources, manage shift rosters, maintain knowledge practices, and develop team capabilities
  • Support platform upgrades, patching, and regulatory or audit activities

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with the Oracle Hyperion/EPM suite, including Planning, HFM, Essbase, Financial Reporting, and Shared Services
  • Demonstrated success leading application support teams in a 24/7 operating environment
  • Advanced knowledge of ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management
  • Strong stakeholder communication, relationship management, and critical escalation skills
  • Hands-on experience in production support, monitoring, and performance troubleshooting
  • At least 8 years of experience in Hyperion/EPM, team leadership, or support management roles
