Help Desk Assistant – Araraquara, Brazil (Hybrid)

Provide first-level technical support to Capgemini users in Portuguese and Spanish. Diagnose incidents, resolve tickets, and maintain effective user service.

Description

  • Log, analyze, and resolve first-level tickets involving hardware, software, systems, networks, and access.
  • Deliver prompt, high-quality remote technical support to users.
  • Perform basic incident diagnosis and escalate requests to specialized teams when needed.
  • Guide users in operating systems, corporate tools, and IT resources.
  • Document support information and procedures while keeping records current.
  • Track tickets through resolution and maintain compliance with agreed SLAs.
  • Spot recurring issues and recommend improvements to support processes.
  • Support users in Portuguese and Spanish with clear, efficient communication.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to technical support and customer service.

Requirements

  • Able to work a hybrid schedule in Araraquara, São Paulo, with two days per week on site.
  • High school diploma required; an IT-related technical course or degree in progress is preferred.
  • Fluent Spanish is mandatory.
  • Advanced computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Technical knowledge of IT support, including operating systems, corporate software, networks, and computer equipment.
  • Previous Help Desk, Service Desk, Technical Support, or Customer Service experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and user-support abilities.
  • Available to work from 6:00 p.m. to midnight.
  • Available for a six-days-on, one-day-off schedule, including weekends.
