Customer Success Executive - CyberOne (London Hybrid)

Manage renewals, account development, and service delivery for CyberOne’s Microsoft cybersecurity solutions. Coordinate customer reviews, SLA performance, reporting, escalations, and operational improvements.

Description

  • Assist the Head of Customer Success with the day-to-day operation of the customer success function
  • Manage renewals, contract extensions, and solution development to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value
  • Maintain reliable pipeline forecasts for renewals, expansions, and new opportunities
  • Meet with customers to understand their challenges and align them with CyberOne’s services and technology
  • Develop trusted relationships with contacts ranging from IT teams to senior decision-makers
  • Lead monthly and quarterly service reviews and track delivery of agreed actions
  • Contribute to account development plans
  • Oversee delivery against contracted SLAs and service schedules
  • Manage orders, fulfilment, and customer requests from initiation through completion
  • Resolve escalations and prepare root cause analysis reports
  • Coordinate internal teams around customer priorities and requirements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual service reports through the customer portal
  • Find and deliver improvements to customer success processes
  • Support internal statistics and reporting activities
  • Help coordinate resources for projects and pre-sales engagements
  • Manage the Monday.com system and work with other operational platforms
  • Prepare Statements of Work, managed service schedules, and customer welcome packs
  • Coordinate contract delivery with the Operations team

Requirements

  • Strong administration, organisational, and time-management abilities
  • Analytical thinker with a practical approach to solving problems
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication, including customer-facing reports
  • Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
  • Able to quickly learn and confidently discuss the security services and technologies delivered
  • Familiarity with CyberOne’s systems, or the ability and motivation to learn them quickly
  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, Word, and Excel
  • Experience in customer-facing and administrative roles within cyber or IT services
  • Working understanding of cybersecurity and managed service delivery
