Customer Service Representative – TDCX, Singapore (Onsite)

Support customers across multiple channels at TDCX in Singapore by resolving issues, closing cases, and improving customer satisfaction.

Description

  • Deliver high-quality customer support through all relevant communication channels.
  • Assess customer needs, investigate existing issues, and provide clear, tailored solutions.
  • Resolve enquiries at first contact and coordinate follow-up with service partners and internal teams to close cases within service standards.
  • Share practical feedback on tools, resources, processes, and guidelines to improve workflows and the customer experience.
  • Follow established procedures to deliver consistent service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through proactive and attentive support.
  • Complete additional duties assigned by management and contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Requirements

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.
  • Around two years of experience in a related role is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong time management skills and the drive to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use customer-provided information to tailor responses and actions.
  • Clear communication skills with active listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette, including appropriate pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation.
  • Comfort using computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market.
