Customer Service Representative – TDCX, Singapore (Onsite)
Support customers across multiple channels at TDCX in Singapore by resolving issues, closing cases, and improving customer satisfaction.

- Deliver high-quality customer support through all relevant communication channels.
- Assess customer needs, investigate existing issues, and provide clear, tailored solutions.
- Resolve enquiries at first contact and coordinate follow-up with service partners and internal teams to close cases within service standards.
- Share practical feedback on tools, resources, processes, and guidelines to improve workflows and the customer experience.
- Follow established procedures to deliver consistent service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Build lasting customer relationships through proactive and attentive support.
- Complete additional duties assigned by management and contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Around two years of experience in a related role is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong time management skills and the drive to exceed expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and use customer-provided information to tailor responses and actions.
- Clear communication skills with active listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette, including appropriate pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation.
- Comfort using computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools.
- Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market.
