- Respond to prospective customers by phone, chat, and email.
- Assess customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
- Prepare quotes, close sales, and process orders accurately.
- Record customer conversations and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Meet weekly conversion and response-time goals.
- Work UK business hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
- Use cloud-based tools while working from home.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospects reaching the UK business.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Background in inbound sales, telesales, or customer service.
- Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot or Zoho.
- Clear, friendly spoken and written English.
- Comfort working toward targets.
- Reliable laptop and stable fibre internet connection.
- Experience selling to UK customers is an advantage.
- Familiarity with a VoIP dialler such as Aircall is an advantage.
- Experience handling live chat is an advantage.
