Tavsif

  • Respond to prospective customers by phone, chat, and email.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
  • Prepare quotes, close sales, and process orders accurately.
  • Record customer conversations and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Meet weekly conversion and response-time goals.
  • Work UK business hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
  • Use cloud-based tools while working from home.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospects reaching the UK business.

Talablar

  • Background in inbound sales, telesales, or customer service.
  • Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot or Zoho.
  • Clear, friendly spoken and written English.
  • Comfort working toward targets.
  • Reliable laptop and stable fibre internet connection.
  • Experience selling to UK customers is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with a VoIP dialler such as Aircall is an advantage.
  • Experience handling live chat is an advantage.
