Customer Results Manager (Remote, United States)

Guide auto repair shops through onboarding to Tekmetric’s marketing software. Train customers, coordinate launch readiness, and help improve the onboarding experience.

Description

  • Become a subject-matter expert in Tekmetric Marketing.
  • Build strong knowledge of the auto repair industry and the marketing methods commonly used by repair shops.
  • Lead group onboarding calls and keep customers on schedule for launch.
  • Explain account setup requirements and launch expectations clearly.
  • Train customers on Tekmetric Marketing features and recommended practices.
  • Deliver high-quality service throughout onboarding in a fast-moving environment.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, operations, support, and engineering.
  • Use customer feedback to refine and improve the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer onboarding or another customer-facing role.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively resolve escalated client-service issues and share resulting insights with the organization.
  • Ability to partner closely with Customer Success to resolve problems collaboratively.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
