Become a subject-matter expert in Tekmetric Marketing.
Build strong knowledge of the auto repair industry and the marketing methods commonly used by repair shops.
Lead group onboarding calls and keep customers on schedule for launch.
Explain account setup requirements and launch expectations clearly.
Train customers on Tekmetric Marketing features and recommended practices.
Deliver high-quality service throughout onboarding in a fast-moving environment.
Work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, operations, support, and engineering.
Use customer feedback to refine and improve the onboarding process.

Талаптар

1–2 years of experience in customer onboarding or another customer-facing role.
Project management capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to proactively resolve escalated client-service issues and share resulting insights with the organization.
Ability to partner closely with Customer Success to resolve problems collaboratively.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
