Customer Advocate – Pasig, Philippines (Hybrid)

Support customers for Boldr by resolving inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism. Track and escalate issues, maintain product knowledge, and help improve customer satisfaction and service processes.

Description

  • Provide customers with accurate, complete information through empathetic, courteous, and professional service
  • Document, prioritize, monitor, and resolve customer issues through effective problem tracking
  • Escalate issues promptly and appropriately to meet internal and external service expectations
  • Recommend opportunities for ongoing process and service improvements
  • Deliver high-quality customer support that strengthens satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the external team to maintain current product and service knowledge

Requirements

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in email, phone, or chat support
  • Basic familiarity with cloud applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs, plus Microsoft Office
  • Excellent reading comprehension and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone-based customer contact and handling skills
  • Ability to understand and explain complex ideas to customers verbally and in writing
  • Ability to learn and navigate new technologies, systems, and applications quickly
  • Openness to receiving feedback constructively
  • Intermediate knowledge of common customer experience best practices
  • Customer-focused approach with the flexibility to adapt to different personalities and situations
