Contract Talent Acquisition Partner, US Remote
Lead full-cycle recruiting for Legence’s growing organizations on a temporary contract. Build talent pipelines, advise leaders, and improve hiring through data and modern sourcing tools.
Description
- Own the recruiting process from first contact through onboarding, creating a supportive candidate experience.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify role needs and shape job postings and sourcing plans.
- Attract candidates through outreach, networking, and employee referrals, and conduct initial screenings.
- Coordinate interviews, support interview teams, and secure prompt feedback and debriefs.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, hard-to-fill, and fast-growing areas.
- Apply advanced sourcing methods, talent mapping, and AI-powered recruiting tools.
- Advise managers and executives on hiring practices, candidate evaluation, and talent market conditions.
- Run structured interviews to strengthen hiring decisions and efficiency.
- Partner with Marketing and HR on employer branding across LinkedIn and recruitment channels.
- Analyze recruiting data and metrics to improve hiring plans and talent acquisition performance.
- Find and implement ways to improve recruiting processes.
Requirements
- Bring 4–6 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, with a record of placing strong talent in fast-growing or complex organizations.
- Use a consultative recruiting approach to influence, advise, and challenge hiring teams on effective hiring practices.
- Have advanced sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered tools, and talent intelligence platforms.
- Have experience partnering with executives, leading high-impact hiring strategies, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Use analytics to improve hiring results and workforce planning.
- Know hiring compliance and regulations, including EEO, OFCCP, and immigration requirements, to reduce risk and support sound practices.
- Experience in construction, engineering design, or consulting is a plus.
- Have created recruiting campaigns and supported employer branding.
- Show success hiring in competitive markets, mapping talent, and building industry-specific pipelines.
- Build and sustain relationships with talent communities, professional organizations, and industry networks.
- Have recruited for remote and distributed teams and improved virtual hiring practices.
- Central Time Zone is preferred.
