Business Relationship Support Associate, Dedicated Client Service Officer – Des Moines Hybrid

Supports complex Treasury Management client portfolios for Wells Fargo, with responsibility for client service, profitability, risk, compliance, and process improvement.

Description

  • Oversee a complex customer portfolio.
  • Partner with managers in leading a portfolio of accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve portfolio processes.
  • Assess and analyze decision-making processes for customer accounts.
  • Assess profitability and risk across assigned portfolios.
  • Confirm compliance and escalate identified issues for resolution.
  • Present recommendations, resolve issues, and apply independent judgment.
  • Build expertise in relevant policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Work with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and deliver on shared objectives.
  • Engage with internal customers.
  • Follow guidance from organizational leaders.
  • Support risk and compliance activities, including monitoring, governance, risk identification, escalation, and remediation.

Requirements

  • At least six months of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education.
  • Experience in Treasury Management Dedicated Client Services.
  • Experience supporting complex Treasury Management products, including the ECS Product Suite, BAI, and International Wires.
  • Experience using Treasury Management tools and applications such as UAM, Service View, and Hogan.
  • Ability to triage and troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and communicate resolutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Intermediate understanding of Commercial Banking or Corporate Investment Banking clients.
  • Strong personal leadership, including initiative, accountability, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Ability to work across multiple Treasury Management systems, applications, and search tools.
  • Prior call center experience.
  • Strong telephone etiquette.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across organizational levels.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
