Assistant Fraud and Risk Specialist - Singapore Onsite
Analyze suspicious activity, develop fraud prevention models, and support risk mitigation as an Assistant Fraud and Risk Specialist. This full-time onsite role is based in Singapore with TDCX.
Description
- Investigate complex cases and identify patterns associated with fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Assess the impact of emerging fraud trends and recommend mitigation and prevention measures.
- Maintain thorough, confidential documentation throughout investigations.
- Train and mentor new agents while developing tailored upskilling plans.
- Develop practical training materials for relevant teams.
- Analyze fraud patterns, build detection models, and refine existing models as fraud vectors evolve.
- Recommend actions to reduce and prevent fraudulent activity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate trends, identify system gaps, and drive preventive improvements.
- Complete management-assigned duties within the role and contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.
Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Two years of relevant experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical capabilities.
- Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong investigative, internet research, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, continually changing environment.
- Able to work flexible schedules and shifts when required.
- Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language used by the supported market.
