Analyze suspicious activity, develop fraud prevention models, and support risk mitigation as an Assistant Fraud and Risk Specialist. This full-time onsite role is based in Singapore with TDCX.

Investigate complex cases and identify patterns associated with fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Assess the impact of emerging fraud trends and recommend mitigation and prevention measures.
Maintain thorough, confidential documentation throughout investigations.
Train and mentor new agents while developing tailored upskilling plans.
Develop practical training materials for relevant teams.
Analyze fraud patterns, build detection models, and refine existing models as fraud vectors evolve.
Recommend actions to reduce and prevent fraudulent activity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate trends, identify system gaps, and drive preventive improvements.
Complete management-assigned duties within the role and contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.
Two years of relevant experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Demonstrated problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical capabilities.
Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Strong investigative, internet research, organizational, and analytical skills.
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, continually changing environment.
Able to work flexible schedules and shifts when required.
Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language used by the supported market.
