Opis

  • Investigate complex cases and identify patterns associated with fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Assess the impact of emerging fraud trends and recommend mitigation and prevention measures.
  • Maintain thorough, confidential documentation throughout investigations.
  • Train and mentor new agents while developing tailored upskilling plans.
  • Develop practical training materials for relevant teams.
  • Analyze fraud patterns, build detection models, and refine existing models as fraud vectors evolve.
  • Recommend actions to reduce and prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate trends, identify system gaps, and drive preventive improvements.
  • Complete management-assigned duties within the role and contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Zahteve

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.
  • Two years of relevant experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical capabilities.
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong investigative, internet research, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, continually changing environment.
  • Able to work flexible schedules and shifts when required.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language used by the supported market.
