Provide customer support across multiple channels for TDCX in Singapore. Resolve issues, coordinate case closure, and build lasting customer relationships.

- Deliver high-quality customer support through all relevant communication channels.
- Assess customer needs, investigate existing issues, and provide clear, effective solutions.
- Drive first-contact resolution and coordinate follow-up with service partners and internal teams to close cases within service standards.
- Share practical feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experiences.
- Follow established procedures to deliver consistent service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Build lasting customer relationships through proactive, attentive support.
- Complete other management-assigned duties within the employment category while supporting the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.
आवश्यकताएँ
- A diploma or degree in any field, including a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s, Postgraduate, Professional, or Master’s degree.
- Relevant work experience of around two years is preferred, while fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong time-management abilities and the drive to exceed expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and use customer information to tailor responses and actions to individual needs.
- Strong communication skills, including attentive listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette covering pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation.
- Comfort using computers and multiple systems, with the flexibility to learn new tools quickly.
- Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market.
