- Oversee daily contact-centre operations and keep performance within KPI targets
- Collaborate with teams to deliver the client’s defined qualitative objectives
- Create work procedures and processes aligned with company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic priorities
- Ensure performance feedback for team members is accurate, complete, and delivered on time
- Coach and guide team members to achieve KPIs and comply with organizational policies and guidelines
- Assess training requirements and coordinate classroom or online learning with the training department
- Improve team performance through call monitoring, team briefings, and monthly coaching sessions
- Handle additional management-assigned duties within the employment category and help implement, maintain, and continuously improve TDCX’s Quality Management System

- An Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field
- At least two years of relevant work experience is preferred for this position
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others toward goals and performance metrics
- Project and resource management capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent decision-making and analytical skills
- Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market
