Remote WhatsApp Customer Support Assistant in Spain
Provide customer support through WhatsApp for an automotive workshop in Spain. Handle conversations, basic quotes, follow-ups, and vehicle status updates.

- Review new and pending WhatsApp chats, including technical questions, quotes, and follow-ups.
- Respond clearly, courteously, and with a solutions-focused approach.
- Escalate questions requiring technical information or approval to the workshop team and follow them through resolution.
- Handle as many conversations as possible by the end of each day.
- Archive fully resolved conversations and keep those with outstanding actions visible.
- Check the inbox before ending each shift.
- Complete the daily WhatsApp activity log at the end of each shift.
- Record conversations that have been handled and fully resolved.
- Keep information current so the Senior Commercial Manager can review volumes, pending items, and handling levels.
- Prepare basic quotes according to the workshop’s defined criteria.
- Update customers on the status of their vehicles.
- Refer questions or quotes needing further assessment and track them through completion.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience supporting customers through digital channels, particularly WhatsApp.
- Strong Spanish writing skills and a courteous customer manner.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple conversations at once.
- Ability to follow up on outstanding items through resolution.
- Basic proficiency with management systems and information-recording tools.
- Availability to work as a freelancer.
- Availability to complete the full Spain-based schedule regardless of country of residence.
- Experience supporting customers for automotive workshops, dealerships, or related businesses is preferred.
- Familiarity with vehicle quotes, repairs, and automotive questions is preferred.
