Handle email inquiries, order management, and data entry for Deadlast’s ecommerce operations. Work remotely with Shopify and internal systems to support customers and keep records accurate.

- Investigate issues and provide accurate, useful responses.
- Follow up on open inquiries and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Use a consistent, professional brand voice in customer communications.
- Check order and customer details in Shopify or related systems.
- Handle routine order management and customer account inquiries.
- Spot order discrepancies and flag those that need further review.
- Keep customer and order records accurate.
- Enter, update, and verify information in internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Organize records of inquiries and their resolutions.
- Perform routine administrative tasks related to customer support.
- Check that data remains accurate and consistent across records.
- Use established support procedures and workflows.
