- Follow up to confirm that customer concerns have been resolved satisfactorily
- Keep current with company products, services, policies, and procedures
- Share customer trend insights and ideas for improving service quality
आवश्यकताएँ
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or a comparable role
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage competing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment
